The Village Community gives the children cultural roots and a feeling of belonging. The Village is a bridge to society. It has, depending on the size of the Village between 9 and 15 family houses.

Every SOS Children’s Village is managed by a resident Director, and represents the fatherly element of the Village Community.

Die Dorfgemeinde gibt den Kindern kulturelle Wurzeln und ein Gefühl der Zugehörigkeit. Das SOS-Kinderdorf ist eine Brücke zur Gesellschaft und abhängig von der Grösse des Dorfes befinden sich dort zwischen 9 und 15 Familien.

Jedes SOS-Kinderdorf wird von einem in der Dorfgemeinschaft lebenden Dorfleiter geführt, der auch das väterliche Element der Dorfgemeinschaft repräsentiert.

La comunidad de la aldea le da a los niños raíces culturales y un sentimiento de pertenencia. La aldea es un puente para la integración a la sociedad y dependiendo de su tamaño puede tener entre 9 y 15 casas familiares.

Cada Aldea Infantil SOS es dirigida por un Director quien representa el rol paterno y quien vive con su propia familia en la Aldea Infantil SOS.
